I finished the Oregon Skyline trail today into Shelter Cove by Odell Lake. The end of the trail follows a gorgeous stream through a forest. After a short climb the trail passed by a series of small lakes where we stopped to swim. After the lakes we hit a 100k ultramarathon that was on the PCT for a bit. This meant that there were aid stations for the runners who were eager to help out hikers as well. We got fruit and other snacks. We camped by a lake where there was a troop of boy scouts camping who offered us even more food.
