Day 28

This afternoon we got to Hikertown, a "town" in a man's front yard with a group of small bunk houses with the looks of a western town. It's a cool spot along the trail that a lot of people use as a resupply point. In the evening, I headed off onto the L.A. aqueduct. The aqueduct is completely flat, which made for some interesting walking. For four miles I gained and lost 0 feet according to the maps. I camped out in a nook that sheltered me from the wind that tears across the open landscape.

Steps taken today/total: 58,434/926,768
Miles today/total: 27.14/523.37
Elevation gained today/total: 3,560/75,480
Elevation lost today/total: 5,646/85,547
