he landscape has slowly been changing since I got out of Yosemite and today was the best example of this. It's becoming more and more dessert-like but there are still elements of the Sierras. I go in and out of forests throughout the day and there is still plenty of water and snow about. The Desolation Wilderness has plenty of lakes and wildflowers are in bloom.
